Joining and actively participating in technological challenges, with a focus on projects involving operational improvements through the ServiceNow Platform Planning, executing, and/or coordinating independently your activities or those of more junior team members in delivering project outputs within a project or project stream, using an Agile approach Responsibly managing daily interactions with the client according to your scope of activity Translating business requirements into development requirements for high-quality and scalable solutions, following best practices Contributing to knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members within the team Contributing to the design and development of project support documentation Providing technical support and collaborating with teams serving national and/or international clients Higher education degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Integrated Master's) in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or similar experience in Information Systems Technical knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS Integration standards with other systems (e.g., JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP) Experience and strong knowledge of project management using Agile and Scrum methodologies Autonomy, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking Strong communication, interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and teamwork Proficiency in English, both spoken and written More than 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development projects Experience in the design, implementation, and rollout of ServiceNow (3 or more distinct full projects) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in at least two areas
