Manager Security

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12 or more years of experience in Technology or Information Security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• One or more security certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, CIPP/US, PCI QSA, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor is required.
• Advanced level of understanding of technologies including information security, applications, infrastructure, networking, telephony, virtualization, storage, data protection, cloud and VDI solutions.
• Experience with SaaS and Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) security is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulation requirements (ex. CCPA, GDPR, FCC, NYDFS, SHIELD, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Highly organized and ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of information security principles, as well as experience managing security programs and teams. This individual will work with business leaders, managed services personnel and customers to monitor and instill trust in the security and reliability of AHEAD systems, services and programs.
