- What you bring

- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, pension plan management, workflow management system implementation, administrative process automation, or related fields
- Consulting or implementation background with client-facing experience
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and clients
- Proficiency in current computer technologies, including Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information, understand, systematize, and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Comfortable presenting to clients and being on camera - You are confident interacting directly with clients and conducting solution demonstrations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and clients
- Available to travel as needed across Canada and the U.S.

- Salary Range: 58,100.00 -107,900.00 USD Annual
