Responsibilities
- Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders

- Validate that delivered solutions meet operational excellence and business quality standards
- Stakeholder & User Support
- Communicate testing outcomes, risks, and recommendations to business and project stakeholders
- Prepare user guides, operational documentation, and conduct training sessions for end users
- Provide system-related business support to internal stakeholders and operational teams
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related discipline
- Preferably 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, UAT
- Candidates with insurance operations or insurance processing experience are advantageous
- Understanding of business requirement gathering and documentation processes
- Exposure to UAT planning, execution, and defect management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Good understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and operational processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset

- Experience in insurance domain projects or operations
