The employee may be temporarily assigned to the Personnel Management section of the Human Resources Department. Primary responsibilities include assembling, reviewing, processing, and entering various personnel data, researching files, and maintaining related records. Work is performed according to established policies, procedures, contracts, and deadlines and with little or no supervision. An employee assigned to this classification must be able to handle confidential and sensitive material and is expected to exercise discretion and judgment, develop work routines, and complete assignments with limited supervision. Work is performed under general supervision and reviewed upon completion for accuracy and adherence to policies, procedures, and contracts.
