Project Manager (HDB)

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or a related discipline recognized by BCA Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the building construction industry, preferably with HDB project experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in building construction projects.
• SCAL CPAS accreditation at Tier A or Tier A-Star.
• Strong technical knowledge in structural, architectural, and/or M&E works.
• Good organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines.

Additional Information

Job Responsibilities Lead and manage building construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective solutions to meet project milestones. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, contract specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Oversee the coordination of structural, architectural, and M&E works to ensure seamless project delivery. Manage project resources, procurement activities, shop drawing submissions, material approvals, and authority clearances. Review project performance, control project costs, and manage variations and changes where required. Provide regular progress updates and reports to management and key stakeholders. Support tender evaluations, technical reviews, and project planning activities when required. Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements. Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
