Position Summary The Production Supervisor I oversees the day-to-day activities of a small production team, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Working under the guidance of more senior managers, the Production Supervisor I executes production plans and ensures team compliance with company policies. This is an entry-level supervisory role aimed at those with basic manufacturing experience and a focus on supporting team success.
