Responsabilities: User Support: Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues reported by colleagues. Onboarding & Offboarding: Set up user accounts, configure and deploy hardware/software for new employees, deactivate accounts, and collect equipment for departures. Basic Network & Server Maintenance: Assist senior IT staff in monitoring network performance, checking logs, and supporting evolving infrastructure needs. Documentation & Internal Guides: Create and update guides and documentation for resolving frequent IT issues. Security & Incident Support: Act as the first responder to security or suspicious activity reports; facilitate information gathering and escalation. Scripting & Automation: Maintain and write basic automation scripts (e.g., with Python) for repetitive tasks. Internal Tool Support: Troubleshoot user-reported issues, apply minor updates, and ensure smooth operation of internally developed tools.
