Responsibilities

  • As an individual contributor, your primary measures of success will be net dollar retention, gross dollar retention, partner loyalty, and satisfaction.

  • What You Bring To The Team:
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer or Partner success, Channel or Direct Sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market and below
  • Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry
  • Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
  • Passionate about working in the partner community, being an advocate for them, and providing meaningful cybersecurity solutions
  • Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
