Responsibilities

- Coordinate with tutors on scheduling, staffing, and training sessions to ensure adequate coverage.
- Ensure all tutor-related administrative processes, records, and communications are timely and accurate.
- Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-ins.
- Support parents with class sign-ups, onboarding, billing, rescheduling, and other administrative needs.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to support satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline (Hospitality, Business, Operations, or related fields preferred).
- Willingness to travel between centres as required.
- Able to work on weekends, with regular duty on either Saturday or Sunday based on centre scheduling needs.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting quickly to operational changes on the ground.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities across locations.
