- Respond to employee questions and resolve complex benefits and leave issues with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and support annual Open Enrollment activities, including employee communications, system updates, and program administration.
- Partner with the Leaves Specialist and other People Services team members to ensure consistent administration of leave programs across multiple states.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and support ongoing audits and reporting related to benefits, leaves, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, communications, and employee understanding of benefit and leave programs.
- HR Operations, Analytics & Organizational Effectiveness
- Leverage HR data, reporting, and insights to support decision-making, identify trends, and improve People Services programs and processes.
- Support compensation initiatives, including salary benchmarking, market surveys, and compensation analysis.
- Ensure HR data integrity through audits, reporting reviews, and collaboration with Payroll and Benefits partners.
- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to improve workflows, streamline processes, and create scalable solutions that enhance the employee experience.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that strengthen People Services programs, processes, and organizational effectiveness.

- Partner closely with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and People Services team members to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience.
