Bright Young Futures is a residential care provider supporting children and young people aged 8-17 . We currently operate a well-established home in the Ilford area and are proud to be expanding with a newly registered home. This growth brings exciting opportunities for new team members to join us at a pivotal time, with strong potential for development and leadership progression as our services continue to grow. We are currently looking for a Children's Residential Support Worker able to work in the Ilford area. This role provides immense job satisfaction working with a range of professionals and directly creating positive outcomes for the young people you'll support. Working Hours: Full-time, shift-based role on a rolling rota (Mon-Sun) Day shifts: 8:00am - 8:30pm Waking Night shifts: 8:00pm - 8:30am Essential: Minimum 1 year experience working with children or young people (care, support, or education setting) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to advocate for young people and promote their wellbeing Reliable, professional, and committed to safeguarding practices Desirable: Experience in residential childcare Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
