QAQC Engineer

About the role

Responsibilities:- -Conduct QAQC daily checks -Prepare monthly QAQC report for submission to Corporate QAQC Department -Conducting monthly QAQC Training to Sub-contractors -Issuance of QAQC Non-compliance to sub-contractors -Attend monthly QAQC presentation and meeting at Corporate QAQC Department -Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with methodstatements (in accordance to BCA's Good Industry Practice & approval fromthe clients and consultants) -Arrange and liaise with BCA for CONQUAS/QM assessments. Act as the primaryquality liaison with clients and consultants, updating them on QA/QC mattersand addressing quality concerns directly related to CONQUAS scoring. -Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to ensure constructionmethods comply with CONQUAS specifications, providing guidance on qualityprotocols and rectifications or even conducting relevant training as needed. Job Requirements: -Architectural-trained or Structural-trained work experience -Min 3 years experience as a QAQC Engineer in A1 building main constructioncompany, with added experience in managing Quality Marks assessment processesor certifications a significant advantage -Able to communicate effectively and clearly -Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellentproblem-solving skills, proactive & able to meet tight deadlines -Good knowledge of construction quality control/assurance is necessary -Certifications: BCA-Approved CONQUAS training or relevant qualitycertification such as ISO 9001:2015 in Quality Management Systems.
