Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end campaign development across the customer lifecycle - from planning and creative development to execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Business, Marketing, Product, Data, Analytics, etc.) to align on goals, deliver against key metrics, and monitor performance.

- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, influence and collaborate across teams, and effectively prioritize competing needs.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in data analysis, audience definition and segment creation, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for impactful reporting and presentations.
- Demonstrated English proficiency (advanced or fluent).
- Self-starter with a "go-getter" mindset and enthusiasm for learning and taking on new challenges.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing or communication experience, ideally in CRM, Loyalty, Customer Experience, and/or Product Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, Business, or related field.
