We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Commercial Director to lead the strategic direction, performance, and resources of our UK Commercial Division. This is a critical leadership position responsible for driving sustainable growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering a best-in-class commercial offering aligned to organisational objectives. The Commercial Division spans customer acquisition, development & retention, bid and tender, pricing, product management, implementation, marketing, consultancy services, and insurance distribution. You will play a pivotal role in shaping market presence and securing long-term business success. Key Purpose Lead and deliver the UK Commercial strategy, translating central guidance into effective local execution across all routes to market Ensure relevant, competitive products and services are developed and delivered for partners Drive new business growth and partner development, alongside strengthening existing relationships Contribute to wider UK business strategy, addressing market opportunities and challenges Champion a strong brand presence and market positioning, ensuring professional representation at all times Primary Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the UK Commercial strategy aligned to market needs and central direction Contribute at a senior level to organisational strategy, delivering both financial and non-financial performance Commercial Performance Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing commercial team Drive customer acquisition and partner growth, with a focus on key strategic themes (e.g. full-service solutions) Implement robust performance management frameworks to track and optimise sales across segments Client & Market Excellence Deliver market-leading client value and retention through effective segment strategies and account management Improve and maintain industry-leading Net Promoter Scores (NPS) Represent the business externally through brand, marketing, and market engagement activities Governance & Compliance Ensure strong regulatory oversight and compliance across all commercial activities Oversee insurance distribution operations, including governance, performance and reporting frameworks Maintain effective controls, KPIs, and testing processes to support business performance and compliance Marketing & Growth Lead a marketing strategy that supports channel delivery, enhances brand presence, and drives engagement Manage budgets effectively to maximise return on investment Leadership & Culture Create an inclusive, high-performing environment that encourages innovation and diverse thinking Lead change initiatives with clarity, energy, and strong stakeholder engagement Foster a culture where individuals feel empowered to contribute and challenge constructively About You
