Job Description Summary The Canada T700/CT7 TrueChoice Defense Services Manager is accountable for delivering all contracted requirements and leading a cross-functional, matrixed team supporting T700 and CT7 engine repairs and services. This role is the primary point of contact in Canada for all military end-use T700/CT7 contractual interactions with GE Aerospace and is responsible for the customer's overall experience and operational readiness outcomes. In addition, this leader will oversee Rotorcraft Entry-into-Service (EIS) global efforts-supporting customers establishing new or expanding GE Aerospace-powered rotary-wing fleets. This role may also support other countries as business needs require. The position operates in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment , coordinating across GE Aerospace services, engineering, materials, and commercial teams and partnering with customers and MROs to drive readiness outcomes.
