We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator & Office Manager to support our people operations and office environment in Berlin. Responsibilities
- HR Coordination (50%)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR systems
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including paperwork, system setup, and employee communications

- Help ensure HR compliance by organizing and tracking required documentation
- Support payroll coordination by gathering and validating employee data (in partnership with finance or payroll providers)
- Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies and processes
- Assist with internal HR processes such as performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
- Office Management (50%)
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized, functional, and welcoming workspace
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate office maintenance and handle facilities-related issues
- Plan and execute in-office events, team lunches, and company gatherings
- Serve as the main point of contact for office-related needs and employee requests
- Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and general office logistics
- Support travel coordination and logistics for employees and visitors
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, administrative support, office management, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with HR systems is a plus
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable handling a high volume of administrative tasks
