About the role
Direct safe and high-quality execution of site operations in support of business strategies and profit and loss objectives. Perform other responsibilities as assigned as a member of the Zydis Site Leadership Team, maintaining close connection to the Swindon, UK, Zydis site. The Candidate Minimum Requirements Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 6+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience leading teams. Proven ability to lead a team and achieve results. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to learn and ambition to succeed. Demonstrable leadership experience at Catalent (including but not limited to participation in Catalent‑sponsored leadership programs such as NGGL, GOLD, LEAD Now, GM Excellence, and GROW) may be considered in place of external experience. Preferred Skills & Background Knowledge of working within a Health Canada or FDA-regulated environment. Pay The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary within this range $160,000 - $180,000 Plus Bonus, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Catalent is a global employer, and this salary range does not reflect positions that work in other countries. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the Zydis business plan and site strategy. You will lead a cross-functional Site Leadership Team to achieve business objectives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Working within a global platform, you will represent the site's needs to support the growth of our Zydis business in alignment with company goals.
