Learn more at www. hbfuller.com . Customer Service Agent Frankfort, IL / Hybrid 1st Shift- Monday- Friday, 8:00a - 4:30p Rate of Pay: $24.00-$26.00/hr based on experience H.B. Fuller is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support order management and client communication. This role ensures accurate processing of customer requests and timely issue resolution. The position contributes to a positive customer experience through responsiveness and attention to detail. Primary Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately in internal systems Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Track and communicate order status and delivery updates Resolve billing, shipping, and product issues Maintain customer records and documentation Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams Monitor service metrics and follow established procedures Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year customer service or administrative experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred Requirements Associate or bachelor's degree Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP) Bilingual communication skills Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $24.00-$26.00/hr based on experience. In addition to your salary, H.B.
