Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker to join its client's Community Team at Trafford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Social Worker with strong leadership and practice oversight skills to support the effective delivery of adult social care services within a community setting. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will: Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operational delivery of the Community Team, ensuring effective allocation of work, oversight of caseloads, and high‑quality, legally compliant practice in line with the Care Act Provide practice leadership through professional guidance, supervision, and decision‑making support, particularly in relation to safeguarding, complex casework, risk management, and strengths‑based approaches Drive service performance and continuous improvement through audits, quality assurance activity, and performance monitoring Build effective partnerships with health, housing, voluntary sector, and community organisations to improve outcomes for adults Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role, you must have: Social Work England registration Eligibility to work in the UK A full UK driving licence Significant post‑qualified experience within Adult Social Care Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in Social Work
