As an Accounting RTR Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:
Performing month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of monthly and yearly reports, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting of financial data.
Reviewing balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, investigating variances, and recommending solutions.
Reviewing journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Participating in the annual financial audit process.
Ensuring compliance with tax and financial regulations.
Reviewing, improving, and optimizing accounting processes.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role :
Experience in record-to-report or general accounting within a shared services or corporate environment.
Strong understanding of management accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong knowledge of ERP systems, processes, and workflow technologies.
Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and management.
Strong attention to detail, analytical and result-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
