About the role
Job Scope: You will be responsible for supporting hawker centre operations, covering tenancy management, cleaning and facilities management, and feedback and appeals management. Cleaning and Facilities Management duties such as: Engaging and working with the Hawkers' Association (HA) on table cleaning issues Engaging and working with the Town Council (TC) on centre-level cleanliness and safety issues Conducting joint engagements with stakeholders, including HA, TC, and SFA, on extension or pest issues Engaging and working with HA and TC on proposed improvement works during the centre's Repair and Redecoration (R&R) Tenancy Checks and Processes duties such as: Conducting checks on personal operations, articles of sale, encroachment or obstruction beyond licensed premises, additions and alterations, registration of stall assistants, maintenance of stalls, and display of food prices Processing tenancy applications, transfers, assignments, joint operators, and ex-gratia applications Processing rental waivers and other tenancy-related administrative matters Feedback and Appeals Management,and Other Policies and Programmes duties such as: Managing feedback from the public professionally to ensure that feedback is addressed and resolved promptly in accordance with company's service standards Handling iCare cases and appeals Ensuring stallholder compliance with new policies and programmes, such as the Productive Hawker Centre (PHC) programme and the Incubation Stall Programme (ISP) Any other duties as assigned Job Requirements: At least a degree certificate Organised and able to multi-task Strong stakeholder management skills with outgoing and pleasant personality. Independent, resourceful, meticulous and able to multi-task. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Team player with possession of leadership qualities. Able to work after office hours and on weekends when required. *As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
