- Salary
- Annual base salary between $85,000 - $105,000.

Job Description: Position Summary Guggenheim is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support its Investment Banking Energy team in Houston. Reporting into the Managing Director of Investment Banking Administration, this person will help to support executives in all administrative functions in order to increase the time they dedicate to leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate must exercise excellent judgment, have exceptional communication skills, demonstrate strong customer service and professionalism, and handle numerous projects and a heavy workflow with a high level of accuracy. The successful candidate will have experience supporting senior level executives and be comfortable interacting with other high-level members of the team and external clients in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. The Executive Assistant role is located in Houston 4 days in office and 1 day remote. Essential Job Functions Manage clerical, administrative and all business details Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate parties Manage complex calendars across different time zones Assist in internal and external meetings and conference presentations Manage travel arrangements and prepare itineraries Process heavy volume of expense reports Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
