Watch Technician

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in mechanical watch repair will be an added advantage.
• Good eyesight, steady hand coordination, and strong attention to detail.
• Passion for watches and a keen interest in technical repair work.
• Able to perform delicate and intricate repair tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Patient, meticulous, and quality-focused in all aspects of work.
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity, accountability, and reliability.
• Customer service experience or customer-facing communication skills will be an advantage.

Additional Information

Job Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair analogue, quartz, digital, mechanical and smart watches. Perform disassembly, component replacement, reassembly, and functional restoration of watch movements. Conduct testing and quality checks using precision measuring equipment to ensure repair quality and product reliability. Analyze malfunctioning products, identify root causes, and prepare technical findings where required. Accurately assess repair costs and communicate recommendations to customers when necessary. Handle technical enquiries from customers through service counters, email, and telephone communications. Repair and support other Casio consumer products as assigned (training will be provided). -
