- 3-5 years of general construction or building material installation experience preferred
- 3-5 years of fenestration manufacturing or installation experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; AAMA Installation Training certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with ability to successfully clear an MVR check
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to complete advanced diagnostics, repairs, and documentation; detail-oriented with the ability to complete advanced repairs accurately
- Strong understanding of installation practices for windows and doors
- Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write professional emails, reports, and documentation
- Strong organizational skills to manage multi-technician jobs; ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service and escalation management skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity; ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently, climb ladders, and work at heights
