Program Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Headquarters within the Operations Product Support Division, an Echelon II command, located at the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC . Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Applying program management, leadership and development skill, as well as delivering products/services2) Planning and programming infrastructure life-cycle management projects for an installation 3) Applying knowledge of facility engineering, infrastructure classification, construction delivery methods, and contract types to develop cost and schedule estimates4) Understanding customer mission needs and translating facilities engineering requirements into products and services Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
