Liquid Personnel is seeking Adult Social Workers to join its client's Adult Mental Health team based in Manchester. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will Undertake Care Act assessments and arrange care packages, monitoring their effectiveness. Support individuals with mental health needs to remain well in the community. Work within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to assess and manage risk alongside health professionals. Record casework and progress using the Paris system. Use Mosaic for purchasing care packages and managing safeguarding processes.
