Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in neuroscience, educational neuroscience, psychology, physics, engineering, computer science, or other related STEM disciplines. Candidates with interdisciplinary or quantitative research backgrounds will have an advantage.
- Proficient in statistical methods and data analysis techniques (e.g., multivariate analysis of covariance, factor analysis, quantitative modelling, or related analytical approaches).
- Experience in qualitative data analysis, educational research, clinical trials, or interdisciplinary scientific research is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with students, teachers, and researchers.
- Highly self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Project Title: Investigating Cognitive Flexibility in Complex Real-World Problem-Solving Contexts Project Introduction: This project focuses on cognitive flexibility (CF) of adolescents which is a critical component of how Singapore students strategise in exploring and thriving in an increasingly uncertain and volatile world. This project is aligned to challenge statement 3, in which SoL techniques aim to prepare students to be developmentally ready prior to entering the workforce by offering pre-employment training. CF is critical in preparing students to transition across different contexts of learning and later in navigating the transition between school and work successfully.
