- 3 Internal and External Relations
- Communicate and coordinate with external personnel including Return Service and Ready Line agents to maintain smooth operational flow
- Maintain b relationships with local OEM dealerships service providers and external vendors
- Collaborate with the General Manager Operations Managers and other team members to provide updates on fleet status and operational insights
- Manage collision repairs by liaising with vendors monitoring repair timelines and ensuring timely updates from repair shops
Requirements
- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar leadership role, ideally within a small or medium-sized station environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on operational efficiency and customer service.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, particularly in managing vehicle repairs and inventory.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with local service providers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and company procedures.
- Ideal Experience
- Previous experience supervising fleet operations staff in a transportation, rental, or logistics environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, rentals, and returns.

- Track record of implementing process improvements and cost control initiatives.
