Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, debug, and iterate on new and existing AI systems and features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Animation, Design and Production to ensure that features are delivered to a high standard.

Requirements

  • AI game development experience
  • Professional experience working with C++ programming in the games industry
  • Knowledge of the process and life-cycle of games development
  • Knowledge of the pitfalls and key learnings of motivating a team forward
  • Bonus if you have previous experience working as a Lead/Manager

In 2023, it was announced that Massive Entertainment is leading the development of Tom Clancy's The Division 3. While we cannot unveil any details about the third entry in the series at this time, we are actively recruiting for the project. As a Lead AI Programmer, you will supervise our dedicated AI team. Your team works closely with other programmers, designers, artists, and testers. In your day-to-day work, you will develop new game features using Massive's in-house engine, Snowdrop™. Working as part of the AI team, your primary focus will be on implementing and maintaining the various AI systems.
