Are you looking to kick start a career as a Roofer? Are you based near Salford? We are looking for a roofing apprentice to work on a 24 month fixed term basis, working 40 hours per week. The salary is based upon the National Minimum Age for apprentices. We can Offer You: Work-Life Balance : 23 days annual leave + bank holidays, plus flexibility Health & Wellbeing : 24/7 GP access, mental health support, fitness programs, and more Training & Growth : Ongoing professional development to keep you at the top of your game Your Role: Attend training and work toward your craft qualification Pointing and small amounts of bricklaying Ability to carry out major and minor planned roofing works Fit Facia and Soffits Renew all types of guttering Ability to use ladders and work confidently from scaffolding and platforms Comfortably work from heights Communicate with clients to arrange and carry out work Leave homes clean and safe, collecting tenant signatures after jobs Support colleagues and build relationships across the business Safely operate tools, machinery, and vehicles Keep accurate records of work and materials used Follow safety procedures, including reporting hazards Complete paperwork accurately and ensure customer satisfaction Work flexibly, including out-of-hours if needed, and follow all health and safety guidelines What We Need from You. Have a genuine interest in working in roofing 16- 18-year-old Level 4 in English & Maths (C Grade or above or functional skills level 2) 19+ Level 2 in English & Maths (C Grade or above or functional skills level 2) Have a positive approach to completing relevant courses and qualifications Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules Excellent customer service skills and punctuality Ability to demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills Why Liberty?
