About the role

Qualifications: Passion for sales, motivated and eagerto succeed Professional and friendly demeanour. Strong work ethic: Team oriented,self-starter, fast learner, high energy, and results oriented. Basic knowledge of computer systems andOffice Software. Professional interpersonal, oral andwritten communication skills including: listening, negotiation and presentationskills in English. Others language is a plus. Ability to adapt quickly and managedifficult situations while always remaining upbeat and positive. At least 1 year relevant experience inSales. Desired experience in the software orSaaS is a plus. Familiarity with sales processes andcertain selling methodologies. Bachelor's Degree in QuantitySurveying/Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related industry, orrelevant industry experience preferable. Understanding of customer workflows,processes and requirements in the construction industry Possess own transport and able totravel.
