Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in product management or technical product ownership, with a focus on data analytics, AI, or automation environments.
- Experience leading Agile product development, including backlogs, sprint planning, and proficiency with lifecycle tools like Jira.
- Experience translating complex business requirements into detailed product specifications, data flow concepts, and user stories.
- Ability to lead cross-functional strategy and mentor teams, using empathetic leadership to align partners on product value.
- Experience defining product roadmaps for enterprise GenAI, Agentic AI modules, or cloud-native AI frameworks (such as Snowflake Cortex AI, LangChain, or LangGraph).
- Familiarity with architecting or managing large-scale data ecosystem migrations, particularly moving legacy data warehouses to modern cloud platforms like Snowflake.
- Strong analytical approach with experience building or using executive-level dashboards (e.g., MBR/QBR metrics) to track product adoption, business value, and operational KPIs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence, with a proven ability to successfully navigate organizational ambiguity and reprioritize features within planned scopes.
