We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Hawaiian Gardens Apartments, a 264-unit property specializing in affordable housing. The Assistant Community Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with Section 42 (IRS) and/or Project-Based Section 8 (HUD) regulations, and fostering a positive living environment for our residents.
