Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license required
• Valid personal auto insurance policy required
• Clean driving record preferred
• Must successfully complete a background check
• Availability Requirements
• Candidates must be available for the full assignment period of June 19-21, 2026.
• Daily Schedule / Hours
• 6-12 consecutive hours per day
• Exact start and end times will vary based on operational needs
• Daily schedules will be provided closer to the event date
• Vehicle Types
• Drivers may be assigned to operate:
• Sedan
• SUV
• Minivan
• Sprinter Van (for Sprinter Driver positions)
• All vehicles will be provided by H2 Event Group. Fuel and approved vehicle-related expenses will be covered.
• Professional Appearance Standards
• Clothing must be clean, pressed, and professional at all times
• No rips, tears, stains, or excessive wear
• Facial piercings are not permitted during working hours
• Visible tattoos must be covered while on duty
• Uniform Requirements (Business Attire)
• Drivers must provide their own professional business attire, including:
• Dark suit
• White button-down dress shirt
• Neutral-colored tie
• Dress pants
• Black dress shoes
• Additional Requirements
• Background check completion is mandatory
• Candidates are responsible for providing their own uniform
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
• Experience transporting executives, VIPs, or corporate clients is preferred
