About the role
Lead and manage the delivery of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental, Social (& Health) Impact Assessment (ESIA/ESHIA) projects across various sectors - with a strong focus on renewables (offshore & onshore wind, BESS, PV) , ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. About You: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Experience in environmental consulting or industry, with a strong focus on EIAs/ESIAs and related permitting processes. Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale EIA/ESIA projects across various industries. Comprehensive knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and best practices at local, regional, and international levels. Experience with project finance and practical knowledge of international standards - IFC Performance Standards and Equator Principles will be a strong plus Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively. Fluency in English and Polish.
