  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing Salesforce applications, customizations, and integrations,
  • providing ongoing support and improvements as needed.
  • Prepare technical documentation for developed features, including design documents, test cases,
  • and user guides.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working within an Agile environment.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required, and Platform Developer II certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Who You'll Work With: We are seeking a Pune based Salesforce Developer to join our Global Technology & Operations business unit. This is a hands-on position which requires a person who will work closely with the scrum master, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon Salesforce solutions and provide regular progress updates throughout the development lifecycle.
