Overall Purpose Reporting to the Director, People Analytics and HR Automation, this position provides strategic leadership for the company's HR systems, with primary focus on the long-term vision, optimization, governance, and effective use of Workday. This role partners closely with HR leadership to translate business strategies into scalable technology solutions that improve processes, create efficiencies, strengthen data integrity, and enhance the employee and manager experience. This position leads a team of senior HR systems analysts while also serving as a hands-on Workday subject matter expert. The role is responsible for team leadership, prioritization, coaching, system strategy, configuration support, issue resolution, release readiness, and continuous improvement of the Workday platform. Essential Functions Develop and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for Workday and related HR systems, ensuring alignment with HR priorities, business needs, compliance requirements, and the employee experience. Partner with HR leadership to translate business strategies into Workday solutions, process improvements, automation opportunities, and technology requirements. Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior HR systems analysts, including prioritizing work, managing performance, and supporting career development. Serve as a hands-on Workday subject matter expert, supporting configuration, testing, troubleshooting, business process design, security, reporting, and system optimization. Lead system support for annual and recurring HR processes, including Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, and Learning, as needed. Oversee Workday releases, enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and new functionality assessments in partnership with internal teams.
