The Ideal Candidate Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal/external events and leadership visits Assist in developing and maintaining leadership visit agendas , including meeting schedules, site tour flow, timing, and logistics Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect inputs and align on visit objectives, attendees, and agenda details Help arrange meeting invitations, room bookings, transportation, catering, visitor access, and onsite logistics Prepare visit and event materials, such as agendas, briefing notes, presentation packs, signage, and attendee lists Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure readiness before the event or visit Provide onsite support during events and leadership visits, including reception, coordination, and issue resolution Capture feedback and support post-event follow-up, recap materials, and documentation updates Maintain trackers, shared files, and communication records to ensure information is current and organized Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills Prior experience in event support, administration, project coordination, or visitor management is a plus
