Responsibilities
- Oversee overall facility management operations and ensure smooth day-to-day building operations.
- Lead and supervise the in-house maintenance team in managing daily facilities maintenance activities and meeting contractual obligations.
- Manage and coordinate preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance works to ensure timely completion and operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BSMA), building codes, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement solutions to enhance building performance, safety, and service standards.
- Perform other job-related duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Possess at least 10 years' experience in property management with a minimum of 5 years holding a managerial level with a bachelor's degree.
- Possess excellent technical, technology and communication skills, project management competence required.
- Good knowledge of Building Strata Management Act (BSMA) will be an advantage
- Good project management skills with experience in managing improvement works, A&A works, and building projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members.
- Good communication skills and ability to lead and coach other members of the team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.
- Singapore Citizens preferred.
