Senior/Manager, IT Service Delivery

Responsibilities

• Responsible for participating in infrastructure design, systems analysis, network security, data center operations, and network and voice communication, in conjunction with the actual scenarios of the Singapore site.
• Provide 3rd level support for incidents and problems in infrastructure area.
• Act as infrastructure solution owner in the plan, design, and delivery of IT projects/solutions.
• Act as infrastructure expert to work with Corp. IT in technical discussion.
• Initialize and lead IT infrastructure optimization projects.
• Initialize and own all infrastructure architecture documents and keep them updated.
• Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to ensure that technology solutions deliver high value to the organization'sprojects and initiatives.
• Understand local information security standards, requirements, and best practices in Singapore.
• Understand local laws and regulations in Singapore to ensure the security of data transfer across borders.
• Understand the application system lifecycle, development, implementation methods, and best practices for local operational support systems.
• Familiar with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GAMP 5.
• Familiar with GMP application systems and laboratory system support (WMS/MES/DCS, etc.).
• Manage and supervise vender performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience on infrastructure technical position to be responsible for infrastructure architecture design, daily operation troubleshooting, infrastructure project implementation.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in application system development/implementation, familiar with local application system solutions in Singapore
• Technical background/understanding in areas of WAN, LAN, Firewall, Microsoft Platform, Physical & Virtual server (VMware maintenance) etc.
• Ability to work across diverse organizations and lead complex internal and external project teams.
• Knowledge of IT Operations at a Manufacturing site. Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing support is a plus.
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external stakeholders from China and other countries.
