In short, as a Licensing Coordinator you will research, apply for, and maintain the regulatory licenses and filings required to support business operations across multiple areas, including dealership, finance, and compliance functions. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the organization stays compliant while supporting new initiatives like store openings, all while driving process improvements and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and regulatory agencies. In long, as the Licensing Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Providing support to retail stores and internal departments on all licensing-related inquiries Assisting with the opening of new store locations by ensuring all licensing requirements are met Planning, coordinating, and performing license reviews to ensure compliance Maintaining licenses through renewals, updates, and ongoing tracking Researching and interpreting state-specific regulations and requirements Monitoring dealership-related operations to ensure alignment with licensing guidelines Developing and improving processes and procedures related to licensing and compliance Presenting findings, updates, and recommendations to leadership teams Communicating with regulatory agencies while representing the organization professionally Reviewing statutory references and applying relevant requirements to business practices So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking For?
