Technical skills and requirements: Three to five years experience in agent licensing and appointing Proficiency with PC Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office applications Exceptional typing skills Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills to obtain missing information and resolve problems that occur in a timely and courteous manner Detail-oriented Work well in difficult and stressful situations Able to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities Exceptional knowledge of state compliance issues pertaining to agent licensing and appointments Extensive broad- based knowledge of (FINRA) and states securities regulations as well as state insurance laws governing Life, Health and Variable Annuity licensing and appointments Operational knowledge of AFA's proprietary mainframe systems ( AGNT , COMM etc. ) as well as FINRA WebCRD and various vendor software programs used in the appointment process Must be familiar with agency and captive distribution systems #AFC
