I have an immediate need for a Support Analyst to work for my client in Central Stockport (within 5 mins walk of the train station). Role Snapshot: Working for a fast-growing dynamic company which is constantly exploiting new opportunities that require enthusiastic, passionate and capable people to support them in this growth. IT is the central point of contact for all Technical related incidents and service requests. IT is a dynamic, fast-paced environment which provides services over the phone, through e-mail, phone, in person (for walk-up customers) and self-service. A great chance to build skills and work with new technologies working with the IT Manager to improve efficiencies and performance across the group structure.
