Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management or complex project leadership.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated success coordinating large cross-team technical initiatives.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple complex dependencies simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with engineering workflows, system design discussions, and technical delivery processes.
  • Experience using Linear, Notion, Confluence, or similar engineering tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear execution plans, document key decisions, and provide structured updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.

  • Location: This position is on-site. This role is based at our Bellevue, WA office location, and employees are expected to work on-site during regular business hours.

Benefits

The compensation for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
