- Confident user of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others
- Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Experience supporting professional services, engineering or technical teams would be beneficial but is not essential

Purpose of the role We are looking for a proactive and organised Team Coordinator to support Arup's Technical Services (TSS) team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team by providing high-quality administrative and coordination support across projects, business operations and team activities. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, helping to keep processes running efficiently while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
