Requirements
- Support Lifecycle Management and input to Project Quality Plans to define clearly the goals and objectives of the Edinburgh SQA Team and alignment of their activities to meet overall Project needs
- Contribute to adoption of CTQ attributes in the supply chain to enable data to be gathered and assessed on critical features, ensure customer critical attributes are identified and addressed either on the drawings or by the suppliers concerned

- Contribute to the creation and Implementation of best practice quality strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
- Promote the use of preferred tools/techniques for continuous improvement e.g. Lean, six sigma, Design and Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEAs)
- Manage root cause and corrective analysis actions process of supplier quality issues working directly with supplier where appropriate
- Participate in cross-functional due-diligence initiatives such as the Leonardo Electronics UK Extended Engineering Enterprise (E3) and Future Factory Initiative

Job Description: Salary: £70k - £80k Leonardo UK operates a grade-based salary framework with broad bands. The salary range shown reflects the approved grade band for this role, or a narrower hiring range published within that band, and is benchmarked against the external market. Exceptions above the standard range are managed through governance controls to protect internal equity.
