Operations Manager

About the role

This position reports to the advisor. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company's day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective business performance. This includes supervising distribution workflows for gaming accessories, trading cards, toys, figurines, and collectibles, while ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfilment, and effective logistics coordination. The Operations Manager monitors daily processes, identifies operational bottlenecks or risks, and implements corrective measures to maintain continuity and operational efficiency. Individual to be involved in: 1. Responsible for day-to-day smooth running of the operational business 2. Uphold quality standards and operational procedures to support customer satisfaction 3. Drive improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability 4. Maintain operational documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards 5. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned Technical Skills and Competencies 1.Operations Management and Workflow Coordination 2. Ability to formulate, execute, and sustain strategic operational improvements 3.Ability to deliver quality customer support with strong people skills 4.Familiarity with budgeting, invoicing, and financial coordination Duration of attachment: 6 months
