As we continue to grow our business and team in Brazil, we are looking to appoint a new Country Leader who will lead a new chapter in Salesforce Brazil's journey. Our Brazil Country Leader will be responsible for leading their country with a particular focus on sales leadership, developing and engaging our employees, partners and customers. The Country Leader is the main representative for the Salesforce brand in the country and has four primary areas of responsibilities: Driving growth and Customer Success Strengthening our brand Developing our ecosystem Inspiring/supporting our Ohana and bringing together the full power of Salesforce The candidate will have proven experience in 2nd line direct software sales leadership in enterprise sales, leading high performance teams from the front and has a strong CXO Brazilian network. We will also consider years of experience, ability to work in a cross-functional environment and ability to drive activities that create a culture of performance and success. The role will be reporting to the EVP Sales for LATAM. Deep knowledge of the Brazilian market, including regulatory, economic and cultural factors. Exceptional ability to drive complex sales cycles and lead negotiations at the C-suite level. GROWTH Lead the operating rhythm of the country - lead weekly forecast calls, report regularly on progress and activities, hold accountability for delivering a financial plan for the country, drive demand generation activities, develop and execute successful sales campaigns Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and technology advancements to identify new opportunities. Advocate for Brazil-specific needs in product development and service offerings. Cross-functional partnership with Pre-Sales, Professional Services, cross-cloud, to lead Brazil's growth Ensure compliance, manage resources and investments effectively to support business growth and operational efficiency. Coordinate year-end planning and create a Go-to-Market plan for Brazil that is suitable for the next wave of growth and in line with the corporate and cross-functional guidelines and requirements Run CLT governance and CLT accountability Drive Country Strategy & Execution. Driving growth, profitability, market share expansion through innovative sales approach Be involved in the Country Leader Community to share best practices Salesforce BRAND Represent Salesforce as Country Leader in the local market supporting the PR strategy Be active as spokesperson at key external events in the country (i.e. World Tour, Basecamps, etc) Ensure Marketing budget is aligned to the priorities of the country plan ECOSYSTEM Develop CXO Community, enable C-Level Relationships. Orchestrate the Salesforce ecosystem to drive large deals and nurture and foster critical C-level relationships Focus on ecosystem: advocate for CSG & partner resources, drive developer community and trailblazers CULTURE Talent Development & Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship and career development opportunities to team members. Ensure diversity and inclusion initiatives are a priority in all hiring and team management efforts.
