About the role

As a Junior Solutions Engineer, you'll support the design and delivery of technical solutions for customers across the go-to-market lifecycle, from pre-sales demonstrations and onboarding through to successful deployment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams, and using technology to streamline workflows and create a strong customer experience. Responsibilities Support Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, by assisting in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects, highlighting how our AI-powered SaaS platform addresses client challenges. Collaborate directly with new clients during onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation, effective platform setup, and tailored integrations. Develop, manage, and maintain automation workflows and integrations using Python, as well as platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, HubSpot etc. Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, clearly communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work closely with product and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback, improve user adoption, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Advocate for the customer in internal meetings, ensuring their needs are prioritized in product updates. A degree in STEM, Finance, or a strong analytical field. Some hands-on experience in solutions engineering, technical support, sales engineering, or automation-focused roles. Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data analysis, and workflow automation. Experience with SQL or a similar database tool. Experience or exposure to data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus. Experience with or exposure to Go-to-Market (GTM) automation tools such as HubSpot and AI-driven outreach platforms.
